Checking Clinic

NLH Development offers a variety of hockey clinics to help players enhance their skills and develop new ones. Our experienced and certified instructors provide players with the knowledge and feedback they need to succeed, whether they are just starting out or looking to take their game to the next level.  checking clinic is for players looking to learn more about this key aspect of the game. 

Day 1

• Taking the hit safely​

• Learn different types of checks and how to check safely and effectively.​

• Learn when to and when not to check.

• Keeping your head up

• BAD passes​

​

Day 2

• 3 on 3 game with modified hitting with on ice supervision 

 

Where: YYC Hockey HUB

When: April 9 - 6:30pm to 8:45pm & April 11- 5:15-6:15pm

Must be Entering U15 or higher

Registration Limited to 16 people 

Cost is $75
